Buying and selling a home for most people is the largest transaction of their lives so far, and therein the most intimidating and fearful. Knowing what to expect throughout the process goes a long ways to providing more comfort and control to you as a buyer or seller.

Below are sample forms for you to download and review. These are standard forms used by the local MLS and were created by the Idaho Association of REALTORS®. They may only be used by a licensed REALTOR®, as per the copyright, but you may find it useful to read through the language at your own leisure, with no transaction pressure pending.

Idaho Agency Disclosure (The famed "Blue Brochure")
The Idaho Real Estate Commission requires all licenced agents to provide this disclosure to any customer and obtain a signature acknowledging receipt by the customer.

• Signing this form only acknowledges you were given the form by the agent, it does not create a relationship. To create a relationship, you must enter into one of the two agreements below - a buyer or a seller rep agreement.
• Without a written agreement, "you should NOT expect the brokerage OR its licensees to promote your best interest, or to keep your bargaining information confidential."
